Rob & Kate Tukham Welcome you to our website and in case you were wondering....... Rob is the guy who has made all of the items you will see here. He has always loved working with wood and began making miniatures about 6 years ago. Most of his pieces are created on the lathe but when time permits he enjoys the opportunity to play with some of his other tools and then who knows what he will come up with...maybe a candle box,  a garden bench, a  tea chest, a Japanese style table... The list of materials he uses has expanded over the last few years to include exotic hardwoods, acrylics, brass, soapstone, aluminum and tropical palm nuts. Once Rob has finished with a piece it gets handed over to Kate who looks after photographing, setting up show displays etc, etc, etc. Our home is located on the west coast of British Columbia on beautiful Vancouver Island where we indulge in our other hobbies of sailing, gardening and playing with Cody, our golden retriever.
